Red Lips

Red Lips is a sketch of a classy & glamorous girl who loves herself  more than anything else. Its been made with black ink. Though its been inspired from a picture of this really pretty model once i had seen surfing on the internet. She was dressed in black with perfect red matt lip colour. She was looking fabulous. So,i saved that picture and modified it in my sketch and made this art piece. I loved adding red colour on the lips which gave the classy touch in the sketch. That's y its called Red lips.

Authentic Bird

Birds are the most beautiful and colourful living thing on our earth. The unique different variety of birds at times amazes me. There are soo many variations in birds. I somehow really like to watch them, that's why i started painting them. I love to paint all the small details of birds, specially their eyes and feathers. They are soo delicate and soft. You all will be seeing many different variety of bird paintings and sketches in the coming posts.

So, this above painting was customised for one of my dear aunt. She wanted a small painting for one of  her corners. She specially told me the colours for the flowers and asked me to paint this specific bird for her, though we both don't know the name of this bird.(if anyone knows then please let me know) So, i created this round painting with wooden frame for her, and she really liked it.

A Cozy Cottage

I love painting lanscapes. That's my personal favourite subject to paint. There is soo much you can add in them like different colours of sky, mountains, valleys, flowers, cottages etc. And trust me landscape paintings never get outdated. They always look fresh and add so much to our houses.

Like in this above painting, i made this really cozy and cute old style cottage, but i made a lot of different colour flowers coz i love them and almost everyone likes them too.Its a very happy landscape painting to put up in your living or lobby areas.

A Hunting Dog with a duck

So, this is a specially customised painting for a retired army officer who loved hunting in old times. Since hunting is not allowed in India anymore, he is pursuing his passion for it by surrouding himself with art. So, he gave me this old photograph of this dog and the duck and asked me to paint for him.

The most amazing thing was when he saw the painting he was in love with it and he couldn't get his eyes off it.

That's a reaction an artist craves for, an that's what i love and believe in
